Rates & Studio Policy

As a piano teacher, my goal is to provide the best possible well-balanced musical education for you or your child. I will give each student my personal attention. The program curriculum will be tailored to each student's needs. It is my goal to guide the students to a greater understanding and enjoyment of music.
Below is my Studio Policy. Please Read it Carefully.

Lesson Information
The Lesson plans include a balance of Scales, Classical Pieces, Theory of Music, Ear Training, Sight Reading, Popular Pieces appropriate to the students’ level of proficiency.

Piano lessons are held weekly and are from 20 to 60 minutes in length.

Students should come prepared to their lessons with all their music, assignment books, and other necessary materials. Students should arrive on time.

Tuition
(Paid in advance on a monthly basis)
75   Dhs 20 min lessons (For the youngest beginners 3-4 year olds)
100 Dhs 30 min lessons (Bginners and Intermediate level)
125 Dhs 45 min lessons (Adult Beginners and Advanced Students)
150 Dhs 60 min lessons (Adult Beginners and Advanced Students)

The Teacher will handle all aspects of registration, scheduling, testing preparations, updating information, and obtaining examination results for the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music Program.  Parents may give preference on available examination times and will pay teacher directly for the cost of exams. Practicing
Students should practice daily on a well-tuned piano in an area with no distractions. It is also important for students to have access to a metronome.

Daily, consistent practice is the key to success in piano playing. There is, unfortunately, no other way around this. Please make sure that practice time is a daily priority. Encouragement and enthusiasm from family members can help the student develop a positive attitude towards practicing and performing. Practicing is not always "fun", but the rewards are definitely fun!

It is very helpful when parents check the assignment notebook and make sure that all of the assigned work is being practiced during the week. Also, encourage the students to perform for you, or share what they are working on.

Cancellations and Make-Ups
Make-up lessons will be offered, upon request. Please give as much advance notice as possible.  
Lessons cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals, so please do your best to be on time.
